MILTON - Two Rochester residents were arrested early today by Milton Police after a traffic stop and search of their vehicle on the Spaulding Turnpike.
Arthur Bougle, 48, and Erika Bemis, 42, both of 40 Darby Lane, Rochester, were stopped for excessive speed around 12:55 a.m. and later charged with various offenses.
Bougle was charged with marijuana possession and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Bemis was charged with operating without a license and speeding, possession of marijuana and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.
Bail was set on both at $5,000 pending an arraignement today in Dover District Court.
