ROCHESTER - A Barrington woman was arrested after police say they watched her shooting up in a curbside flower bed outside the St. Elizabeth Seaton School on Thursday.
Terrilynn M. Bodge, 28, of 706 Longshore Drive, was arrested on possession of heroin, held on $5,000 cash bail and faces an arraignment later today at Rochester District Court.
Police say detectives on proactive patrol in the River Street area observed Bodge sitting on curbing with a tourniquet on her bare arm. Police questioned her and allegedly noticed drug paraphernalia consistent with that of an IV drug user next to her.
Bodge was also arrested for contempt as she was already out on bail in connection with a New Hampshire State Police case.
