ROCHESTER - William E. Greig, 49, of Julia Ave died at his home on Sunday, February 8, 2015.

Born November 12, 1965 in Brunswick, Maine, the son of Henry and Cova (Stockford) Greig. He was a graduate of Dover High School, Class of 1984. He worked for Sears in the Lawn and Garden Department.

William loved to duck hunt with his father and brothers. They spent many days hunting at their camp in Bowdoinham, Maine. He was active in the Dover Men's Soccer League and was a high School baseball player as a member of the Dover High School team, Babe Ruth team and Legion team.

He is survived by his wife Loretta Greig of Rochester; parents, Henry "Bud" and Cova Greig of Dover; two brothers, Henry "Hank" Greig II of Stamford, Conn. and Sean Greig of Dover; two stepchildren, Jeremy Royer of Rochester and Matthew Royer of Somersworth; five stepgrandchildren and four nieces and nephews, Cameron Greig, Oliva Greig, Clayton Greig and Nolan Greig.
