When will the City of Rochester give "Chutzpah Master" Terrence O'Rourke his 5 cent deposit on that bottle and a pink slip?

He's his own worst nightmare.

He's costing taxpayers money, as we forfeit our cash to his pablum puking needy anxieties.

It's evident his only purpose to exist is to defend his "Omnipresent" perceived persona. "I am, d'at what it be!"

It's been suggested that citizens should call their elected city officials, to voice our discontent with city practices. Yet, why would I waste my phone minutes on calling the members of the city council? They are merely the parroting mouthpieces of other unelected city Technocratic Tyrants representing Rochester's Politburo.

The audacity of these Miscreants who claim they can't or more likely won't divulge where taxpayer money is dispatched is criminal.

To tell citizens there are no such documents available.

Really? Go ahead "citizen," access $10,000 from your personal bank account.

You'll have one of 160,000 gov critters assigned to you to monitor your assets and what you're doing with your own money.

How do unelected Carpetbaggers deceive the populace to achieve their goal?

Subterfuge, it's a noun, it's to bluff or deceive.

This is the proper term and use for this endeavor.

Terrence's function is the designated Feckless Firewall Freeloader.

As Human stated, "when you're contracting out legal bills to specific issues, legal expenses are documented."

Can they at least provide a list of Court fees that have been paid?

Simply stated there's a payer (the City) and the Payee (the person completing the task)

This means money has been transferred....

From an account of some sort, to someone else, for services rendered.

Money, therefore was received (by the Payee) this payee must have to record, store it somewhere.

It must be accounted for.

It must be taxable.

Can this money be "housed" somewhere in the Virtual Cloud? Theres just too much money surfacing at the first sign of spending spree.

Would it be practical to locate these funds where access could be convenient?

Where's the proverbial "Slush Fund" kept? Is it in Al Gore's Locked box?

There's an offshore banking company the Cayman Islands Banking, whose Motto is "Helping Protect What's Yours!"

What is becoming suspicious with this liaison between City Business (unelected) Fermenters and this litigator, is that Terrence may have continued to get away with this internal scheme, had he not gone rogue to initiate lawsuits.

Is it too much for a citizen to suspect little "Tuffy" Terrence has been the integral "gear" that manipulated these massive financial arrangements, under the guise of Sub Rosa Agreements.

Which makes it difficult to terminate his position due to knowing what he knows.

It's the people's money. Period!

A Forensic Audit is in order here.

(From Benjamin Franklin's Poor Richard's Almanack)

If you lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas!

Please - pass the "Gray PooP-On, Flea Powder!"
