ROCHESTER - Rochester Police reported today that on Wednesday they along with members of the State Police Mobile Enforcement Team conducted a proactive patrol in the downtown area, resulting in eight arrests including two on felony drug charges.
The sweep comprised the hours of from 5-11 p.m. and included enforcement of motor vehicle, bike and pedestrian-related ordinances, Rochester Police Sgt. Thomas Powers said in a brief statement released today.
