WEATHER ALERT: Wind chills could go down below minus-20 tonight, into Friday

A cold weather advisory is in effect for all of the Greater Rochester area from midnight tonight till 10 a.m. on Friday.
Temperatures will plummet through the afternoon while winds will steadily climb into the early hours Friday, combining for wind chills that will make it feel like 0 by 10 p.m. tonight and -21 by 7 a.m.
Temperatures won't get out of the single digits till the afternoon and will then begin dropping again for another chilly night.
Winds will subside somewhat late Friday, but with a high of 10 and a low of -8, it'll still feel plenty cold.
As far as the powerful nor'easter headed our way this weekend, forecasters are still unsure how it will track.
As of now, Accuweather is calling for 1-3 inches of snow, but that could change in the next few days.
