DOVER - A vehicle with Maine plates was seen being towed from the scene of a deadly shooting at a Dover bar Tuesday night.

The Chevrolet Avalanche was captured on WMUR video being towed from the scene early Wednesday morning, just hours after the shooting occurred around 10 p.m. outside Castaways on Cocheco Street, a riverside bar that operates on property owned by Strafford County Commissioner George Maglaras.

Police say upon arrival an adult male suffering from a gunshot wound was found outside. The unidentified man later died.

An autopsy was to be performed Wednesday by the New Hampshire Chief Medical Examiner's Office.

Police say they know the individuals involved in the incident and there is no evidence to suggest that there is a threat to the general public. Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact Sgt. Mark Nadeau at the Dover Police Department at (603) 742-4646.
