I want to show that gospel, country, blues, rhythm and blues, jazz, rock 'n' roll are all just really one thing. Those are the American music, and that is the American culture. ~ Etta James
In the 1980s, when hair metal bands ruled and hip-hop was all the rage, three teenage buddies decided it was a good time to start an America, roots-rock, blues band. Calling themselves Unfinished Business, they continued playing, but not always together.
Now, after a three-decade hiatus, they are back together as the Unfinished Blues Band ... because they are not done yet.
Still all about the basics: Swinging Drums, grooving bass lines and soulful guitar. It is all they need to make you dance, stomp and sing along. Join them, Saturday night for a COVID-style online event.
