Two nabbed on heroin charges at city motel

ROCHESTER - A Farmington man along with a transient female were arrested Friday morning on heroin possession charges during the execution of a search warrant at their room at a Rochester motel.

Jason Skinner, 32, of 177 Dodge Cross Road, Farmington, and Misty Foote, 44, were both charged with possession, while Foote was also charged with intent to distribute.

The arrests were made at the couple's room at the Hi Vu Motel and were a combined effort of the Strafford County Drug Task Force and Rochester Police.

Foote is alleged to have been in possession of a large amount of heroin, while Skinner reportedly had a smaller amount.

Foote was also charged with Oxycodone possession. She was given a $5,000 cash bail and transported to Strafford County Jail pending a Monday arraignment and bail hearing.

Skinner was released on personal recognizance with a May arraignment date.

All the heroin charges are Class B felonies, punishable by up to three and a half to seven years in jail.
