Tanya Michelle Hemingway ... leaves two children; at 30

ROCHESTER - Tanya Michelle Hemingway (Ouellette), 30, of Rochester, died peacefully at Maine Medical Center in Portland, Maine after a brief illness. She was born June 15, 1988 in Dover, N.H. to Michael H. Ouellette and Crystal R. Rivard.
Tanya was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Ouellette Jr. She is survived by her father, Michael Ouellette and his wife, Shannon of Rochester; mother, Crystal (Rivard) Hernandez and her husband, Tony of Milton; husband, Tyshawn Hemingway of Rochester; children, Damiya Perkins and Elijah Hunt of Rochester; siblings, Katie Ouellette of Rochester, Emily Douglass of Rochester, Abigail Douglass of Milton, and Gabe Douglass of Somersworth; grandmother, Kathleen Dixon and her husband, Leonard of Berwick, Maine; former stepfather, Neil Douglass of Somersworth; and aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
