Snow parking ban begins tonight at 10

ROCHESTER - There will be a citywide parking ban in place due to tonight’s snowstorm between 10 p.m. and Wednesday at 7 a.m.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during this time.
