ROCHESTER - The Rochester Recreation Department recently announced a new program to help seniors stay healthy called Frisbie Lunch and Learn.
The first session is set for next Friday at 11 a.m. when a representative from Frisbie Memorial Hospital will visit the Rochester Senior Activity Center to discuss a health-related topic. Lunch will be provided free of charge.
The sessions will continue every other Friday.
The first Lunch and Learn will be taught by Dr. Knox, who will explore ear, nose, and throat health.
Frisbie Lunch and Learn is a free program, but preregistration is required. Registration ends Feb. 9. Visit rec.rochesternh.gov or call (603) 332-4120 for more information.
The Senior Activity Center is located at the James W. Foley Memorial Community Center at 150 Wakefield St, Suite 10, in Rochester.
