MANCHESTER - A Rochester Police honor guard was part of Saturday's CHaD fund-raiser at SNHU Arena in Manchester.
Firefighters, police officers and first responders from across the state of New Hampshire laced up their skates and battled on the ice in the 15th annual Battle of the Badges hockey game that benefits the kids and families of Dartmouth Health Children's.
According to organizers, the benefit raised more than $230,000 bringing the 15-year total to more than $3.1 million raised for Dartmouth Health Children's and the Children's Hospital at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (CHaD).

Battle of the Badges Hockey proceeds are used to help kids with critical services such as support when they are in pediatric intensive care and management of chronic illnesses, as well as patient and family support services.
