Rose L. (Ellis) Fogg; at 92

ROCHESTER - Rose L. (Ellis) Fogg of Rochester, 92, died March 6, 2025, after a period of failing health. She was born on March 15, 1932, the daughter of Frederick and Lillias (Bennett) Ellis. Rose was married to the love of her life, Russell Fogg for 53 years prior to his passing.

Rose is survived by her children Donna Fogarty, Dianne Libby, Doreene Fogg-Pigeon (Walter), Caryl Doliber, James Fogg, Virginia Fogg, (Tootie), Kelly Fogg, 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was pre-deceased by her husband, Russell and son David as well as her parents and all of her siblings.
