DOVER - A Rochester woman pleaded guilty on Tuesday to one count of theft and one count of attempted theft - both third offenses - in connection with a Walgreens incident.
Jamie Benedict, 31, of 128A Franklin St., was sentenced to 12 months in jail suspended for three years, with one year of probation as part of a plea deal reached with prosecutors.
Conditions include Benedict's participation in continued substance abuse treatment and being on good behavior, Assistant County Attorney Kathryn A. Smykowski said. Benedict is also prohibited from entering Walgreens.
