Rochester woman hurt in Exit 15 collision

ROCHESTER - A Rochester woman was injured in a two-car crash at the Exit 15 off ramp at Farmington Road on Friday.

Police were called to the scene a little after 6 p.m. and found that a 2003 Toyota Celica was being driven east on Route 11 by Sean Sardinha, 25, of Rochester, when it collided with the other vehicle, a 2008 Porche Cayenne driven by Joseph Bartulotta, 56, of North Andover, Mass.

Police say Bartulotta’s vehicle was coming off the ramp from Route 16 North when the accident occurred.

A passenger in the Porche was uninjured.

A passenger in the Toyota, Sheena Wiggin, 29, of Rochester, suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Frisbie Memorial Hospital.  

Both vehicles suffered heavy damage and had to be towed from the scene. Police indicated there will be no charges coming from this accident.
