ROCHESTER - A Rochester woman was arrested on Monday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.
Sabrina Willis, 40, of Front Street in Rochester was charged with misdemeanor level willful concealment and theft by deception. The original offense was reported to have occurred on June 8.
Willis was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail pending a July arraignment in 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.
