ALFRED, Maine - A Rochester teenager has been indicted in a domestic violence assault that occurred in South Berwick this spring.

Brad Tibbetts, 19, of 48 Lafayette St, is charged with four counts of assault, including two Class B felony assaults with indifference (to life). He is also charged with misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Court documents show the assaults occurred between May 1 and May 12.

Both Class B felonies carry prison terms of up to 10 years apiece.

The York County grand jury indictments for August were released on Friday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to move forward to trial.
