Rochester physical therapist charged in sex assault

ROCHESTER - A physical therapist who lives and practices in Rochester was arrested on Friday on sex assault and unauthorized practice charges.

Patrick O'Donnell, 55, was also charged with contempt. All three are misdemeanors.

O'Donnell, a physical therapist at Orthopedic and Sport Therapy Services, is accused of inappropriately touching a patient, practicing with an expired license and violating bail conditions from a prior arrest.

He was released on $500 cash bail and will be arraigned in Strafford County Superior Court at a later date.

Police made the announcement of O'Donnell's arrest this afternoon.
