DOVER, N.H. - A city man has been indicted in a Rochester robbery that occurred in November.
Michael Elliott, 23, of 17 Winter St., Rochester is charged with felony robbery on Nov. 23 when he allegedly appeared to have a knife and threatened to cut the victim he was robbing.
Elliott faces up to 15 years in state prison and a $4,000 fine if convicted.
The February Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down last month and released last week.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been shown to warrant a trial.
