DOVER - A Rochester man has been indicted on three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault said to have occurred last year in Rochester.

Jeffrey R. Gough Jr., 42, of Rochester Hill Road, is accused of engaging in various sex acts with the alleged victim, who is in her 30s and was at the time of the alleged September assaults "physically helpless to resist," according to court documents.

Gough was most recently arrested on Monday on a EBW from a drug possession charge. The address on that arrest was listed as Boundary Way in Barrington.

The July Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down on July 14 and released last week.

An indictment, like an arrest, is not an indication of guilt. It is merely an accusation.
