ROCHESTER - A Rochester man has been charged with receiving stolen property after he is alleged to have sold stolen rings to a city pawn shop.
Robert F. Jones, 47, was charged with a Class B felony in connection with the case.
The rings, which are valued at more than $4,000, were stolen from a home on Cordeiro Drive in Dover while a moving company Jones was working for was at the home, according to Rochester Police.
Jones was arrested on Thursday and bailed on $5,000 personal recognizance pending a court date in June.
He faces up to seven years in state prison if convicted.
