Ripcord Cafe's chicken breast sandwich with leafy greens and tomato on toasted bun (Rocheter Voice photo)

LEBANON, Maine - Having lunch at the Skydive New England's Ripcord Cafe is like having lunch at a dinner theater. The play's the thing!
The food is great and there's excitement in the air, literally.
We got the chicken breast sandwich for $10, and that's not bad in these Bidentimes.
But in this case, it was particularly good fortune as the breast meat was one solid mass of seven or eight ounces of perfectly seasoned protein, ensconced in high-end greens with tomato with a perfectly toasted bun.
They make everything to order and from scratch.
And while you're waiting for you order - and eating it - you can watch those who enjoy jumping out of a perfectly good airplane fall gently back to terra firma.
It really is a darn good show.
I would strongly suggest grabbing a bite to eat at this most interesting adventure park where they take pride in serving up exceptional sandwiches with a smile.
