ROCHESTER - A serial bail jumper who has perhaps flouted the law like no other in recent memory was arrested yet again on an Electronic Bench Warrant for failing to appear and promptly released once again into the community on personal recognizance.
James Brooks, 28, of Rochester, was arrested on Friday on an EBW issued for failing to appear at a court hearing on a prior bail jumping arrest which came after he failed to appear several other times.
Brooks was released on PR bail and issued another court date for next month at Rochester District Court.
