As we approach the 2023 local elections and the 2024 presidential election, Republicans in New Hampshire are facing a crucial challenge - how to combat the Democrats' well-funded machine while ensuring our candidates have the resources they need to win. The answer lies in building our own money machine through small dollar donations.

Small dollar donations have become an essential tool for political campaigns, particularly for the Republican Party. With the current political climate being so divisive, it's essential for Republicans to focus on grassroots efforts and cultivate a culture of small dollar donations. This will enable us to win the hearts and minds of Granite Staters and expand our majorities in the State House.

In New Hampshire, we have experienced issues with small dollar donations, which are a critical source of funding for grassroots campaigns. It's time for Republicans in the state to take action and build their own money machine to fight back against the Democrats. With control of our State House up for grabs every election cycle, it's essential that we do everything we can to support our candidates and causes. We just saw a race in Rochester where just over 1000 people voted and the Democrat machine invested over $200,000 into the race, spending more than $300 per vote their candidate received. The Democrats have benefited from years of hard work building up their donation culture, and Republicans need to play catchup if we have any hope of securing future election wins in New Hampshire.

The first step in building our money machine is to create a culture of small dollar donations. We need to encourage our supporters to contribute what they can, no matter how small, to support our candidates and causes. Small dollar donations may seem insignificant, but they can add up quickly, especially if we have a large number of supporters donating regularly.

To make this happen, we need to utilize technology and social media to make it easy for people to donate. Every Republican candidate, those running for local boards and councils to Governor, should be active on online fund-raising platforms, utilize email and text messaging, and leverage social media platforms to reach out to potential donors. By making it easy and convenient for people to donate, we can increase our support base and expand our reach. Every fund-raising letter, mailer, postcard, or event invitation should have a QR code and a simple link for prospective donors to easily contribute via their smartphones, tablets, or laptop.

Another way to build our money machine is to focus on grassroots efforts. We need to engage with our supporters and create a sense of community around our cause. This can involve hosting community events, holding meet-and-greets with candidates, and reaching out to voters directly. By building a community around our cause, we can create a strong support network that can help us win elections.

Finally, we need to focus on transparency and accountability. The messaging is key and we need to be transparent about how we are spending our funds and ensure that our donors know exactly where their money is going. By being authentic and accountable to our donors, we can build trust and credibility, which will help us attract more supporters in the future.

This is why I've launched GraniteSolutions.org, a New Hampshire based and focused political advocacy organization to build up our small dollar giving culture on the right side of the aisle and lead a small dollar and grassroots revolution in our state politics. It's going to take time, and multiple cycles, to enshrine in the conservative and Republican circles of New Hampshire a culture of giving, but it's one we must create and flourish if we are to be competitive in the long run..

Small dollar donations are a critical source of funding for grassroots campaigns. As we approach the 2023 municipal elections and the 2024 presidential election, it's essential for Republicans in New Hampshire to build their own money machine to fight back against the Democrats' well-funded and entrenched machine. By creating a culture of small dollar donations, focusing on grassroots efforts, and prioritizing transparency and accountability, we can build a strong support network that will help us win elections and expand our majorities in the State House and put conservatives in the driver's seat in town halls across the state.
