CONCORD - The Director of Charitable Trusts will host a public hearing on Monday from 4-6 p.m. at Spaulding High School to allow public comment on the proposed transaction to sell the charitable assets of Frisbie Memorial Hospital to FMH Health Services, LLC. FMH Health Services, LLC is an affiliate of HCA Healthcare, Inc., a for-profit corporation.

State law requires that the Director of Charitable Trusts review acquisition transactions involving health care charitable trusts. The notice, which includes, among other things, the Asset Purchase Agreement, Statement of Hospital Charitable Objects, and an Executive Summary may be found here: https://www.doj.nh.gov/charitable-trusts/hospitals.htm.
In the event of inclement weather, the public hearing will be held on Tuesday from 4-6 p.m.
Notification of any change in the public hearing schedule will be posted to the website for the Charitable Trusts Unit: https://www.doj.nh.gov/charitable-trusts/hospitals.htm.
