Police remain tight-lipped on probe into April riot incident that involved minors

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police remain tight-lipped regarding their investigation into the arrest of a Meredith man charged last month with felony riot in an incident that also involved six minors.
Khale Liam Guillou, 18, formerly of North Maine Street, Rochester, was arrested on April 28 at a location in Rochester not released by police.
"This was a case that involved a half a dozen juveniles, and he (Guillou) was the only one considered an adult," Rochester Police Capt. Todd Pinkham said. "A bunch of juveniles, and (Guillou) broke into another juvenile's house, and a verbal confrontation ensued followed by a physical fight."
Pinkham added that everyone involved knew each other.
Guillou's felony riot charge could land him in state prison for up to seven years. He was also charged with burglary and criminal mischief.
Guillou was arrested by Gilford Police on Oct 15 and charged with unofficial inspection/registration decal, disobeying an officer and driving after revocation, according to a police report.
In December he was arrested by State Police in Bow on charges of disobeying an officer, driving after revocation/suspension, speeding at more than 95 mph, unsafe lane change, failure to use turn signals and reckless operation.
Meanwhile, Rochester Police continue their probe into the incident here and say both Guillou and the juveniles could face additional charges.
Any of the minors charged will have their cases adjudicated in juvenile court.
