ROCHESTER - Rochester Police are asking for the public's help in apprehending an area teenager wanted on felony riot and felony assault charges.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Shamel Capone Jackson Dixon, 19, formerly of 8 River St. Apt. A.
Police say Dixon has strong ties to Rochester. Besides the two felony counts, he is also facing two counts of simple assault, police say.
Dixon is described as 5-foot-9, about 160 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
