Police continue investigation into crash that killed 21-year-old Rochester man

ROCHESTER - Rochester Police continue their probe into what may have caused a 21-year-old Rochester man to veer off of Rochester Neck Road and crash into a tree, killing him.

Police say no other vehicles were involved and Zachary Hill, 21, of Rochester, was the only person in the vehicle.

The crash occurred around 7 p.m. on Sunday in the area of 489 Rochester Neck Road. drawing Rochester police, fire and rescue to the scene.

Upon arrival they located a 2012 black Hyundai Accent that had left the roadway and crashed into a tree.

Hill was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced deceased at the scene.

Police say all aspects of the crash remain under investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Rochester Police Department at (603) 330-7128.
