Parking ban on downtown streets, in city parking lots starts at 11 tonight

ROCHESTER - A citywide parking ban is in effect from 11 p.m. tonight till 8 a.m. on Tuesday.

No vehicle without an exemption permit may be parked on city streets or in city parking lots during the ban.
