George Albert St. Pierre passed away peacefully at the Manchester VA Medical Center's Hospice Unit after a lengthy illness on January 8, 2014 at the age of 80.

George's other loves included fishing, ballroom dancing and late in life he took up painting as another hobby, as a member of the Tara "Silver Pallettes" art group and winning many awards in the local fairs held each Autumn, but he was extremely proud of his scratchboard art which he gratefully handed out to his caretakers at the VA.
