ROCHESTER - Norman R. Delisle, 89, died on Friday, June 14, 2024, at Wentworth Douglass Hospital following a period of failing health.

Born Oct. 3, 1934, in Rochester, he was the son of Donat and Annette (Lanoie) Delisle.

Mr. Delisle proudly served in the Air Force, and later worked for many years in electronics at the Portsmouth Navy Shipyard. Norman met his wife of 62 years Alice Beaulieu while serving at Loring Air Force Base in Maine. Aside from his time in the military he was a lifelong resident of Rochester. In his spare time Norman enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing, and was a member of the Rochester Elks Lodge 1393.

Members of his family include his wife Alice (Beaulieu) Delisle of Rochester; and originally from Grand Falls NB, CA; his three children Paul Delisle and wife Rosa of Dover; Marc Delisle and wife Pam of Sarasota, Fla.; and Daniel Delisle of Sarasota; his grandchildren Colby, Chloe, and Maximus, a special nephew Ryan Moulton of Lebanon, Maine; two sisters June Poor of Lebanon and Jeanine Delisle of Rochester; nieces and nephews.
