MILTON -- A motorcyclist headed north on theSpaulding Turnpike was killed Saturday afternoon when his bike veered off the roadway and struck a tree.
The accident occurred around 3:20 p.m. near Exit 18, the exit for Milton, Farmington and Route 75.
The operator's name is being withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Traffic on the highway was reduced to one lane while first responders processed the scene.
This is New Hampshire's fourth fatal motorcycle crash in the last two weeks.
