ROCHESTER - Rochester Police raided a suspected drug selling operation on Academy Street on Tuesday, leading to the arrests of two individuals on felony distribution charges.
With search warrant in hand, police found contraband associated with the crime of possession of controlled/narcotic drug with intent to distribute, according to a Thursday press release.
Stacie Parsons, 38, and her son, River Parsons, 18, both of 14B Academy St., were held on high cash bails of $5,000 and $2,500, respectively, pending arraignments today at Rochester District Court.
Stacie Parsons was also charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor punishable by a year in county jail. Two children also live in the apartment.
The raid was carried out around 8:45 p.m. and was the result of an ongoing investigation in drug trafficking in the area.
