ROCHESTER - Rochester Mayor T. J. Jean said on Monday he will not be seeking a fourth term as mayor.

Jean has been mayor of the city since 2009, elected at the age of 31 and becoming the youngest mayor in Lilac City history.

Jean cited time with family as being the most important factor in his decision noting that being mayor often kept him in meetings several nights a week.
