While Mother Nature has been providing the tricks lately a lot of local bands and solo performers this weekend will be providing multiple musical treats!
There are many musicians these days that play in a band and have solo careers as well. This weekend you might get the treat of seeing multiple musicians playing in different bands! If you attend the Halloween Party at The Little Theater in Springvale, Maine I know you will!
Matt Collier is one of those extraordinary musicians. Not only is he an off the hook drummer in Black Headdress, a genre he described as Circus-Rock; he also sings, writes and plays lead guitar in Witch Trot, a band considered in the category of stoner rock.
If working on his first album with Witch Trot and a second album with Black Headdress wasn't enough... Matt and some of his band members are also looking to create a venue in the future.
"We would like to create a place of our own" said Collier "With all the Covid concerns we want a place bands can rely on being able to play at. A place we could possibly do live-stream and podcast in the future."
