Manchester man's death at gas station caused by single stab wound

MANCHESTER - The death of an adult male in Manchester on Monday was the result of foul play.

The victim has been identified as Christopher Marcoux, 25, of Manchester, according to a Dept. of Safety press release.

An autopsy was conducted on Tuesday that showed the cause of Marcoux's death was a stab wound to the abdomen, and the manner of his death was homicide.

According to police reports, the killing occurred at the The Alltown Mobil station at 1050 South Willow St. in Manchester around 5:45 p.m.
Witnesses said that individuals in several cars pulled up beside Marcoux, attacked him while he was in the parking lot, then fled the scene. He was rushed to Elliot Hospital but was later pronounced dead

The investigation into his death is ongoing.
