LIVERMORE FALLS, Maine - Detectives with the Maine State Police Major Crimes Unit South arrested a Livermore Falls man on Wednesday on charges of Sexual Abuse of a Minor and Possession of Sexually Explicit Material.
The charges stem from a month-long investigation into Jacob Hiscock, 40, undertaken by the Maine State Police Computer Crimes Unit, Sabattus Police Department, Oxford County Sheriff's Office and the Maine Warden's Service.
