LEBANON, Maine - Lynda Jean Hastings Edgerly, 61, died peacefully at her home after a brief illness.

Lynda was born April 25, 1961 in Rochester, N.H., the daughter of Neal Hastings Sr. and the late Sandra (Waterhouse) Hastings.

Lynda was a graduate of Spaulding High School. She has resided in this area all of her life where she had several careers. Lynda worked for China Palace, and True Measure in Barrington, N.H.

She enjoyed gardening, going to yard sales and making crafts. She was an amazing stained glass designer.

All who knew her will remember her for her sincere kindness, inner beauty and especially her infectious laugh. She will be greatly missed by all.

Members of her family include her true love and best friend Scott G. Edgerly whom she married on July 3, 2021 after spending 25 wonderful years together; his daughter, Brittany (Mike) White and their child Benjamin; brothers, Neal Hastings, Jr.; Marty Vachon, sisters, Lisa Hastings Daudelin, Charmon Klaeson, Krista Sanders, Karly Chipman, Marjorie Lovering, Beth Goss, Jennifer Sarcione; mother-in-law, J. Susan Edgerly, brother-in-law Morgan and his wife Kim; sister-in-law, Ellen Edgerly; aunts, Jean Hett, Linda Waterhouse, uncles, Dave Fisher, Jimmy (Lorraine) Waterhouse, Steve (Solange) Waterhouse; cousins, Misty Couch, Tim and Brett Waterhouse, Julie Gagne, Kelley Gagnon and many nieces and nephews and her special dog, Thelma and cat Ebb. She was recently predeceased by her brother Michael Hastings, and her grandparents, James and Emma Waterhouse.
