GONIC - Lloyd Brown, 65, of Gonic, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 27, surrounded by family. He was a loving and devoted father, brother, uncle and friend.

He was a loyal husband of 40 years to his wife, Odalis. Lloyd loved baseball, fishing, and the outdoors. He enjoyed building model rockets, forging his own knives and making maple syrup with his son, Jesse.

Lloyd loved to crack jokes and could light up any room with his joyful energy. He was always there to help family or friends in need. Lloyd loved animals, especially dogs, and gave his pets a wonderful life.

He was the best grandfather to his three grandchildren, Ireland, Elliott and Roslyn.

He made beautiful memories with them and his two daughters, Desiree and Chantelle, when he would visit them in Florida. Lloyd will be greatly missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
