LEBANON - A Lebanon man arrested for DWI on Eastern Avenue in Rochester in July has been indicted on that charge as well as charges of being a habitual offender, child endangerment and drug possession.
Gregory Caler, 45, of 60 Blaisdell Corner, faces 1-5 years in prison on the habitual offender charge. Court documents state he was certified as a habitual offender in 2001 and prohibited from driving in New Hampshire.
As a result of the Eastern Avenue arrest on July 13, Caler was also allegedly found to have supplied a 15-year-old with marijuana, a misdemeanor charge that could land him in county jail for up to 12 months.
He was also indicted on marijuana possession.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
The indictment were handed down last week and released to the public on Monday.
