ROCHESTER - Kevin Louis Cloutier, 36, died unexpectedly on Saturday, November 20, 2021. Kevin was born in Dover at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital to parents Melony June (Dore) and Alan Gerard Cloutier on July 22, 1985.

Kevin loved nature, the woods, and camping; he especially enjoyed primitive camping. He was an avid fisherman and hiker. Kevin loved working with his hands, from woodworking to masonry to metal work. He gave generously and heartfully to family, friends, and strangers alike. Kevin particularly had a heart for the unhoused.

Kevin was a Seacoast native and grew up in Rochester and East Rochester with his brother, Alan, and sister, Crystal. Kevin married Sarah Elizabeth Venable in March 2017, becoming stepfather to Gabriel, Noah, and Alec. Kevin and Sarah added another boy to the family, Lucas, a delight to his parents and brothers.

He was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Melony June (Dore) Cloutier, grandfather, Arthur A. Cloutier, Sr., uncle, Arthur A. Cloutier, Jr., and cousin, Arthur Anthony Cloutier III.

Kevin is survived by his wife, Sarah (Venable) Cloutier; son, Lucas Daniel Cloutier; stepsons, Gabriel Joseph, Noah Ryan, and Alec Michael Murdough; father, Alan G. Cloutier, Sr.; brother, Alan G. Cloutier, Jr.; sister, Crystal J. Bullock Provencal, and her children, Jacob R. and Cameron B. Connick; grandmothers, Irene Huntress and Hazel (Hadley) Cloutier; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and sisters- and brothers-in-law.
