ROCHESTER - Judith A. Young, 70, formerly of Boston, died on Thursday, Nov. 30, 2023, at Frisbee Memorial Hospital. She was born in Boston, daughter of the late Paul and Dorothy Barkas.
Judith was preceded in death by her siblings, Dorothy Armstrong, Theodore Barkas and Carol Margeson. She is survived by her husband, Ronald Young, her three children, Brian Spencer and his wife Jennifer, Michael Spencer and Karen Spencer; 7 grandchildren, Kira, Bruce, Syianne, Elayne, Samantha, Angelique and Aiden; her brother Paul Barkas and several nieces and nephews.
