DOVER - On Friday, June 11, 2021, Jason Laurence Beatteay, loving son and friend of so many, died at age 35.
Jason was born on October 22, 1985 to Lisa Merrill (Beers) and William Beatteay. He attended schools in Pepperell and Groton, then graduated at ConVal Regional High School in Peterborough.
He immediately pursued his passion for Art and Technology in Web Design. He started at Eastern Mountain Sports working on web design and development. He later moved to a position at Timberland.
He loved his career at Timberland and was inspired by both the company and co-workers.
Jason had a passion for the outdoors. He loved New Hampshire and all its beauty, from the mountains to the ocean.
Jason spent his free time fishing, hiking, camping and snowboarding.
He also loved music and checking out the local music scene, with his crew of close friends who meant so much to him.
Jason was an avid traveler and visited places all over the globe; including France, Germany, Greece, and Iceland. Jason enjoyed experiencing the different cultures and food.
He was very close to his friends and they spent a lot of time together with these hobbies.
He leaves behind his loving mother, Lisa, and stepfather Timothy Merrill; father William Beatteay, girlfriend Emily Hatch, Nanci Beers (grandmother), Patricia Beattey (paternal grandmother), his uncle Jeff Beers and his wife, Lu-Anne and cousins Jaime & Andrew Beers.
