Skiers and sun worshipers can both rejoice during the next few days as we go from the highest temps of the year on Wednesday to a major snowstorm on Friday.
The weather whiplash begins tomorrow when Greater Rochester wakes up to a cloudy 50 degrees, according to Accuweather meteorologists. Skies will turn sunny in the afternoon with a high of 61.
Then on Thursday the hammer falls, and so do the temps, setting the stage for
Friday's snowfall, which could bring more than a foot of snow.
A pocket of 12-18 inches of snow is possible for the Northern Seacoast, Western New Hampshire and northwestern Massachusetts.
