ROCHESTER - Four were charged with shoplifting by Rochester Police
on Friday in connection with two separate incidents.
Melanie West, 34, of Main Street in Biddeford, Maine, and Casey Mata, 33, of Cove Court in Rochester were arrested in an incident that occurred at Kohl's in Rochester.
West was charged with a misdemeanor level offense of criminal liability for conduct of another, while Mata was charged with willful concealment.
In a separate incident, Ryan Benson, 34 of Crystal Lake Road in Gilmanton, N.H., and Brandon Prue, 32, of Oak Hill Road in Northfield, N.H., were charged with willful concealment at the Rochester Walmart.

All four suspects were released on personal recognizance with Oct. 6 arraignments in Rochester District Court.
