Four Dover residents picked up in multi-agency Tuesday drug sweep

DOVER - Dover Police arrested four Dover residents Tuesday on various drug charges, including two on felony warrants out of Massachusetts.

The arrests were made in conjunction with the Strafford County Sheriff's Office, the University of New Hampshire Police Department and the Rowley (MA) Police Department

Among those arrested were Casey Dyer, 40, and Debra Leavitt, 40, both of 50 New Rochester Road, on fugitive from justice charges stemming from a felony warrant obtained by Rowley Police for Possession of a Controlled Drug with Intent to Distribute.

Also arrested were Marc Martin, 42, 26 Addison Place, Dover, on charges of possession of a controlled Drug with the intent to distribute; and Cassandra Nickerson, 31, of 35 Polly Ann Mobile Home Park, on possession of a controlled drug (Felony) charges.

Both Dyer and Leavitt were held at the Strafford County Jail and were scheduled to be arraigned in the 7th Circuit Court, District Division, in Dover on Wednesday.

Martin and Nickerson were released on personal recognizance and are scheduled to appear in the Strafford County Superior Court later this month.
