Farmington man nabbed in Walmart shoplifting

ROCHESTER - A Farmington man was arrested earlier this week in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Peter Clark, 54, of 82 Orange St., was charged on Monday with willful concealment and released on $1,500 personal recognizance pending his arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit – Rochester District Court.
