Errol Rodney ... enjoyed riding his motorcycle; at 82

BARRINGTON - Errol Rodney, 82, passed away Tuesday December 9, 2025, at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital following a period of failing health.

Born December 29, 1942, in Rochester, NH he was the son of the late Frederick and Norma (Dubois) Rodney, Sr.

Errol had worked as a planner at the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard for many years. In his early years he made his living working on cars doing both mechanical and body work as well as painting them. He enjoyed the outdoors whether he was hunting or riding his motorcycle. In recent years he took comfort in caring for his wife Joanne.

Members of his family include his wife Joanne (Shevelin) Rodney of Barrington, NH; two daughters Lori Shaw of Barrington, NH; and Lisa Pease, four grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by two sons Steven and Daniel Rodney.
