ROCHESTER - After a one-year hiatus due to COVID, Rochester Main Street is once again organizing the Second Annual "Elf Off the Shelf" toy giveaway.

This year it will take place on Dec. 18 from 11.a.m-3 p.m.

When parents bring their children to the downtown they'll find 12 elves hiding around businesses, lurking in alleys and anywhere else an elf might hide.

When children spot them each elf will give them a ticket and a treat. When children have collected all their tickets, they can visit Collec-tiques on North Main Street to enter them into the raffle. The more tickets one has, the better the chances to win the Grand Prize.

Rochester Main Street is a 501c3 nonprofit organization and sponsored by the Economic Development Department for the City of Rochester. Visit www.RochesterMainStreet.org to learn more.
